Nadav Bashan and wife Romy are offering a three-course pre-fixe menu from Tuesday through Thursday nights at their Sparr Heights restaurant. The cost: $45 per person. Here’s the fall menu, with one choice per category:

Scarborough Farm Field Green Salad
Blood oranges, pistachios, red onions, tomato, Manchego, balsamic truffle vinaigrette

Cauliflower Soup
Dates, Marcona almonds

Braised Pork Belly
Cranberry beans, mussels, tomato, broth

SECOND

Seared Barramundi
Jerusalem artichoke, cipollini onions, chorizo, shrimp

Jidori Chicken Breast
Confit of leg salad, quail egg, Okinawa yam, sherry mustard

21 Day Dry Aged New York Steak
Baby arugula, pee-wee potatoes, spring onions, plum tartare

DESSERT

Peanut Butter Banana Sticky Toffee Cake
Roasted peanut, toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream

Chocolate Bread Pudding
Chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream
