BoHo Menu Revealed

You recently saw photos of BoHo, the new ArcLight adjacent restaurant from Adolfo Suaya and chef Andre Guerrero. Now Chef Guerrero has nearly finalized his shareable, market-driven menu leading up to the opening of BoHo in the second week of March. “It’s unique and different in that we’re not having a traditional menu with a first course and second course,” he said in December. Instead, everything will be shareable, including plates of ribs, market-driven vegetables sourced from the Hollywood Farmers Market, and 12-inch pizzas. Guerrero’s plan: “Bring out the food as it’s ready. It’s kind of like going to a Chinese restaurant.”

Here’s the full menu, which is 95% complete and subject to change:

SEASONAL SOUPS AND SALADS
