Peter and Roland Radler are building on the success of their Sherman Oaks original by opening a second Brats Brothers Gourmet Sausage Grill on September 22, across from the Beverly Center. The former home Café Pranzo was divided in half. The brothers’ share will feature parking, outdoor seating and Sunday hours.

Expect the brothers’ same variety of 18 sausages, handmade by local butchers, including alligator, Cajun wild boar, and duck with fig. They’ll continue to offer Grandma’s sauerkraut and creamy potato salad. One new item is the Brats Salad, which Peter described as “a type of bologna, thinly sliced with pickles, onions and Swiss cheese, with light vinaigrette.”

In May, Peter and Roland predicted 4-6 Los Angeles restaurants within the next three years. Two down, up to four to go.

The new Brats Brothers will be open daily from 11 AM - 9 PM.
