Every Wednesday night after 6, Campanile features a Liquidity Crisis Drink Menu, which coincides with the restaurant’s three-course, $22 Soup Kitchen menu. Here are four examples of the type of handcrafted, $7 cocktails you can expect:
PHILADELPHIA FISH HOUSE PUNCH
A classic 18th century punch circa 1750 full of Colonial fervor. Mount Gay rum, brandy, apricot brandy, fresh peach stirred with ice, water, lemon and orange slices.
KEY WEST COSMPOLITAN
Crop Organic Vodka, Cointreau, fresh squeezed Key lime, pomegranate juice, shaken and garnished with a Key lime wheel.
PANCHO VICTORIA
Pancho Villa meets Queen Victoria. A complex variation on the margarita using Hacienda Vieja Tequila, lime, oro blanco grapefruit juice, Thai-lime simple syrup and a light float of Lagavulin 16yr single malt.
THE STEAK COCKTAIL
A rich, bourbon-based drink made with Campari, sweet vermouth, muddled grilled orange and cracked pepper. Served in a cocktail glass and garnishd with an artisanal maraschino cherry.
