Charlie Palmer @ Bloomingdale’s recently introduced a daily happy hour that runs from 4 PM – 7 PM daily and resumes from 10 PM – Midnight in the lounge. All wines by the glass, cocktails and beer cost half off.

The 33 wines by the glass usually range from $7 for a 2007 Malbec Rose, Crios de Susana Balbo, from Mendoza, Argentina to $40 for a 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Silver Oak, from California’s Alexander Valley.

Cocktails using cost $12 apiece. Here are three of the current selections, which play on O.C. stereotypes:
- Nouveau Riche – Frogmore sparkling, Cointreau, vanilla, sugar cube
- Cougar Cosmo – Belvedere, Cointreau, Passion fruit, cranberry, lime
- Rich & Skinny – Charbay Pom, Hangar-One Mandarin, lime, elderflower

There is one food special: Kobe beef sliders and fries for $9.
