Every day from 5 PM – 7 PM, RH Bar at Andaz West Hollywood is offering complimentary “cocktail bites” to complement bartender Beau du Bois’ cocktails. His signature drinks include Mr. Plant - named for legendary Hyatt House guest Robert Plant – combining No. 209 Gin, cucumber, tangerine, agave syrup and soda. Executive Chef Sebastian Archambault is contributing plates of prosciutto with ciabatta, roasted forest mushroom tarts, shrimp ceviche, homemade foie gras crostini and roasted eggplant. You’re also welcome to order a glass of champagne or wine from a list assembled by Bonnie Graves.
