While it’s not espressly an election night event, Dominick’s is offering a 3-course meal for $19.48 to honor the establishment’s 60th anniversary. Co-owners Warner Ebbink and Chef Brandon Boudet will have the 1948 Tuesday Night Tasting every Tuesday through November 25. Every week, Chef Boudet will prepare a different menu. Wine Director Susan Brink will even pair a wine with each course, which is included in the Rat Pack-era price tag.
The menu on November 4 is as follows:
1) Oysters with tarragon mignonette (with Tito’s Dirty Martini)
2) Grilled steak with fennel pollen Bernaise (with Dominick’s Dago Red Wine)
3) Roasted pear gelato (with Carpene Malvolti Prosecco)
Ebbink said, “We want the restaurant to be a place where neighborhood regulars and Hollywood royalty can feel at home, just like they did when Dominick opened the place in 1948.”
