Face Café is a large Hong Kong-style coffee shop that has replaced OK Café in Alhambra. At breakfast, expect “Hong Kong Breakfast Specials” like the Oatmeal, Avocado and Condensed Milk Sandwich ($4.95) and Fresh Baked Egg Tart (2 for $3.95). For lunch, you’ll find “Oriental Specials” like Lotus Root w/Preserved Tofu Sauce ($5.25), Bitter Melon & Beef in Black Bean Sauce ($5.95) and String Bean w/Filet Mignon Cubes ($7.50). There are also “Western Specials” like Meat Balls w/Spaghetti ($5.95) and Braised Lamb Shank in Red Wine ($7.95).

At dinner, the menu expands to 305 items, not including beverages or dessert. If you so desire, you can fill your table with items as seemingly disparate as Onion Rings ($4.50), Malaysian Laksa Noodles ($7.95) and Braised Chicken & Chestnut Clay Pot ($8.95).
