FIG, the market-driven restaurant in the core of the Fairmont Miramar Hotel, recently added breakfast and lunch. At Taste of the Nation, chef Ray Garcia described brunch, which debuted on Father’s Day and begins in earnest on June 28, featuring “Kegs & Eggs.” For $37 per person, brunch includes a bottomless pint of draught beer. Choose from Brasserie Dupont Saison, Stella Artois, Schneiderweisse Heffe-Weizen or Konigshoven “Quadrupel.” The price of admission also includes a seasonal egg dish. Think Frittata Verde with market green vegetables and avocado-tomatillo salsa or Chilaquiles with crispy tortillas, chicken salsa roja and queso fresco. If beer isn’t your thing, pay extra and order the “Bloody Maria,” a Bloody Mary with bacon-lined rim; or the “Eggs and Bacon” with bacon-infused gin. CLICK HERE FOR THE FULL MENU
