Food GPS Giveaway: GoCoffeeGo

San Francisco based company GoCoffeeGo has introduced a way to purchase coffee online from a dozen roasters. Scott Pritikin and Elise Papazian’s caffeine clearinghouse features beans from companies like Ritual Coffee Roasters (San Francisco), Novo Coffee (Denver), Verve Coffee Roasters (Santa Cruz) and Zoka Coffee Roaster & Tea Company (Seattle). GoCoffeeGo insists that “All coffee is roasted-to-order and shipped directly from the roaster to the customer.”

“Most of us are not drinking amazing coffee and experiencing the variety of coffee we should be,” says Papazian. “Would you drink the same old wine over and over again?”

GoCoffeeGo coffees are organized by roast, type, region and roaster. You can decide based on Members’ Picks, Award Winners, Limited Offerings or the GoCoffeeGo Top 25. You’re also welcome to learn about coffee from Professor Peaberry, a cartoon character who explains the History of Coffee, Roasting, Regions and Brewing Tips.

GoCoffeeGo donated a pair of $20 gift certificates to Food GPS readers, and the winners are Julie and Mattatouille. Congratulations!

Here’s a screenshot of GoCoffeeGo, to give you a sense of what to expect.
