L.A. Beer Week culminates in a massive beer blowout at Descanso Gardens on Saturday, October 24, featuring beer from 50+ breweries in the five-acre rosarium. The event runs from 3 PM – 8 PM and includes unlimited four-ounce pours. Tickets cost $40 each, but we scored a pair of free tickets just for Food GPS readers.

   Too bad I didn’t hear about this contest a lot sooner. Still not sure about the beer event coming up at Union Station. The biggest beer event I’ve been to is Blue Palms 2nd Anniversary 2010.
