Heirloom LA has been a fixture at Silverlake Wine Sunday tastings, serving pastas like chitarra with guanciale and English peas.

Fresh pasta magician Matthew Poley of Heirloom LA and pastry partner Tara Maxey have built a dedicated following at Silverlake Wine by cooking at the community-oriented wine shop’s Sunday tastings. Now Silverlake Wine is stocking an entire fridge with Poley’s hand-crafted pastas, sauces and butters.

You’ll find wild boar Bolognese lasagna layered with fresh mozzarella and Parmesan; roasted pumpkin lasagna with smoked mozzarella, brown butter, sage and maple; and Smoked Mac n’ Cheese lasagna with mozzarella, aged cheddar, Parmesan and ricotta. Heirloom LA is by no means limited to lasagna, so expect agnolotti, ravioli and strozzapreti. Poley is even supplying raw materials for home cooks like saffron Parmesan cream, grated Grana Padano and pork and veal meatballs. No surprise, SLW is stocking Heirloom LA’s signature lasagna cupcakes.
