Finally, you’ll find four styles of Pasta ($16), all involving mozzarella: Eggplant Parmigiana; Gnocchi Sorrentina – tomato, melted mozzarella, basil; Ravioli alla Caprese – ricotta, mozzarella, majoram with tomato basil sauce; Paccheri Sciue’ Sciue’ – tomato sauce, eggplant e mozzarella; and Lattari – Gragnano Fusilli Smoked Mozzarella & Mushrooms.
Marino also offers several complementary wines by the glass and half-carafe.
On March 10, Marino will feature Roma’s artichokes, oxtail vaccinara and zucchini blossoms. On March 17, expect Toscana, showcasing Rustic Maremma: crostoni, ribollita, pici and boar.
