Innovative Dining Group Introduces Appetite Stimulus Menus

Beginning February 8, Innovative Dining Group (IDG) is offering three- and four-course dinners at BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku and Katana. The prix-fixe menus are available for dinner Sunday through Thursday and cost $25-40. For location and reservation information, click on the above link.

For example, the BOA Steakhouse menu costs $40 per person and features the following options:

STARTER (choose one)
Smoked Salmon and Caviar, potato cake, horseradish crème fraiche
Organic Baby Field Greens, seasonal fruit, white balsamic vinaigrette

ENTRÉE (choose one)
Filet Mignon Medallions, horseradish mashed potatoes, asparagus, Bearnaise sauce
Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, arugula, cherry tomatoes

DESSERT
Today’s Mousse with Homemade Cookies

    that group of restaurants may have seen its heyday. maybe the stimiulus could help, but seriously, I’ve seen WAY too much salmon on these prix fixe menus. give us something new for a change.
