“Tonight we host Lagunitas Brewing Co. from 8pm till 10pm featuring the following beers on draft: Pils, IPA, Maximus (cask conditioned), Hairy Eyeball, Undercover Shutdown Ale, Wilco Tango Foxtrot, and Fusion 6! A limited amount of cool Lagunitas mason jar/glasses will be available and Lagunitas sales peeps will be in the house.

According to Tuesday night’s update from assistant manager Josh Salinas, “This weekend we have Bootlegger’s Dr. Tongue, Strand’s 24th St.Pale Ale, Brouwerij West Belgian Blond, Eagle Rock Solidarity, Rubicon Purple Maibock, and Craftsman 1903 Lager.”

According to today’s update from Brandon Halvorson, who runs the beer program at Dave Furano and Michael Zislis’ El Segundo biergarten, “Tickets are going FAST for our June 5th Local Beer Festival. Confirmed breweries include Bootleggers, Eagle Rock, Strand, The Bruery, Brouwerji West, and Cismontaine among others. Some of these breweries are bringing some tasty treats including a Cask of ‘something good’ AND a keg of Cuir from The Bruery alone!

Keeping up with our IPA fascination we got in Bear Republic Apex IPA, Dogfish Head 90, Ruination, Avery’s Dugana, Drake’s Denoggonizer, Great Divide Hercules Double IPA, Speakeasy’s Double Daddy, and Rampage Double IPA coming up too. We just like everything double, that is why we have Rogue’s Double Dead Guy pouring right now. For our Belgian lover’s we got Scaldis Tripel, Bourgogne de Flanders (Flanders brown to us laymen) and what do you know, Allagash owner Rob Tod was in and he brought us a keg of Allagash Confluence just to tickle all the sour beer lovers. Hats off to a new local producer, we brought in Blue House Ales Pale to support a new brewer out of El Segundo. Vendome Toluca Lake

Vendome Toluca Lake’s weekly Beer Tasting is from 2-5 pm. Each week has a theme and this Saturday you will be treated to Import Favorites. This weekend’s tasting will feature some benchmark examples of a vast array of beer styles (from Pilsner to Barrel Aged Stout) hailing from Europe and beyond. In other words, some of these beers set the bar (at least the widely distributed bar) for their particular style. Some of the interesting beers on this tasting include: Hitachino Nipponia, De Dolle Dulle Teve, Aecht Schlenkerla Oak Smoke, Gavroche French Red Ale.
