NEW ON TAP
Stone Smoked Porter:
Previously this was available in a bottle. We put this in place of the Anchor Steam. “A deep mahogany color. This porter is rich, full bodied and robust. It is also smooth with chocolate and coffee-like flavors complimented by a smoky character (specialty peat smoked malt).”
IN THE BOTTLE
Eel River Brewing (Humboldt) Certified Organic Amber Ale:
“A rich copper color. Clean and crisp with a caramel like sweetness balanced with a liberal dose of the finest hops”

“I just put on Stone Cali-Belgique, Stone’s IPA brewed with a Belgian yeast strain.”
“Craftsman La Luz, Mark’s version of a Belgian golden ale, 6.9% but really easy to drink. I recommend it to someone who’s looking for a hefeweizen. It’s really light and refreshing and goes great with food.”
“I just put on AleSmith Grand Cru, a strong golden ale, raisiny, goes well with out sweet potato fries.”
“In a couple of days, I’m hoping to put on Allagash Four, a blend of four hops and four malts. We should be getting more Curieux next week.”

I love this newsletter. It would be great to see updates on El Prado and their ever-changing selection of beers!
El Prado participated at first. That’s a great bar, but I’m constantly including new bars. They could easily appear again.
