On April 22 from 6 PM – 8 PM, Lawry’s is co-hosting a “Talent Pool” spirits tasting with The Tasting Panel magazine, featuring pours of luxury spirits they believe have “star quality.” Some featured spirits include Glenlivet 25-year, Chivas Regal 25-year, and the new Pernod Absinthe. Executive Chef Walter Eckstein has created special hors d’oeuvres to complement the spirits, including chipotle meatballs, prosciutto wrapped dates with goat cheese, lemongrass-cured salmon canapés, hickory bacon & roasted corn Gougères and Bloody Mary soup shots with shrimp and pickled vegetables.
