On March 10, Josiah Citrin introduced a four-course “Spring Discovery Menu” at Mélisse, which is available Tuesday – Friday for $65 per person. A new market-driven menu will be posted weekly on the restaurant’s website. To get a sense of what to expect, this week’s menu consists of Sweet Pea Soup with Pea and Mushroom Hash and Almond Butter; Fricassee of Potato Gnocchi with Broccolini and King Oyster Mushrooms, Foie Gras and Jus de Roti; Rib Eye of Beef and Braised Short Ribs with Potato Fondant, Red Onion-Mustard Compote and Violet Mustard Jus; and Passion Fruit Parfait with Coconut Sorbet and Pistachios and Lemongrass.

This is a GREAT deal. Thanks for posting the sample menu. I haven’t been back since the redesign.

a pretty good deal..though i’d consider forking out a bit more for other good tasting menus.
