Mexico Restaurante y Barra, Larry and Melisa Nicola’s Mexican restaurant in West Hollywood, not only hosts a zonkey statue. They now feature Sunday brunch and Happy Hour.

Sunday Brunch is available from 11 AM – 3 PM and includes options like Huevos on the Rancheros, Chilaquiles, Machaca and Eggs with shredded pork or chicken, Mexico Benedict – jalapeno biscuits with poached eggs and chorizo gravy; and Pancake Tropicals filled with pineapple, papaya, berries and agave. Every brunch entrée costs $12.

To drink, expect a number of brunch cocktails, including the Meximosa – Guava and Champagne; Bloody Maria – a Bloody Mary with Herradurra blanco; and a Blackberry Margarita with El Jimador tequila.

On Sunday from 3 PM – 7 PM, Mexico features a number of $5 botanos – appetizers. Think roasted corn with crema Mexicana and roasted chile de arbol; wood-fired duck taquitos with mole; and grilled quesadillas with queso ranchero, poblano chilies and shrimp. They also sell $4 cervezas, $5 margaritas and if that’s not enough, pitchers of margaritas.
