The Edison is launching Midnight Breakfast tonight. Every Friday and Saturday from 11:30 PM – 1 AM, you’ll find five options in downtown L.A.’s subterranean cocktail wonderland. Dishes cost $13 apiece. Here’s the menu:

MONTE CRISTO
Black forest ham and Gruyere cheese sandwich, dusted with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup and strawberry compote

EDISON SILVER DOLLAR STACK
Wild blueberry buttermilk pancakes with maple candied bacon, lemon butter and syrup

NUTELLA-BANANA CREPES
Vanilla crepes stuffed with brown butter bananas, Nutella, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts

THE BOILER ROOM BENEDICT
Crispy British muffin, slow poached eggs, pancetta, bacon and chive Hollandaise

WORKING JOE BREAKFAST
The works, diner style – two eggs, home fries, short stack and candied bacon
