Hey, where was our uni? I think the dancers were there to distract us from the fact that we didn't get the uni.

Lightening fast hands? I know that percussionist, is anyone missing their wallet?

I liked the soup, carapulcra, and the ceviche, the cordero was bland as you say.

Hobson, here's a link to the BREADBAR events page, so you never have to miss another Hatchi.
http://www.breadbar.net/events.html

I've been to one other Hatchi, and this time was much better.

I am the worst food lover. I always seem to read about the latest Hatchi offering the day AFTER everybody else enjoyed the actual meal. Looks like it was a great night. Thanks for posting.

Mattatouille,

The ceviche and seco de cordero were the only dishes we shared at Mo-Chica. I was glad to see that Ricardo isn't settling for core dishes.

Ravenouscouple,

It would have been worth the trip for the tiradito. Luckily, at Hatchi dinners, you have to order at least four dishes, which encourages variety.

@mattatouille: menu was advertised all the most popular items from his previous 5 tasting menu's from Mo Chica, hence alot of familiar dishes... would have gone just for the tiradito alone... :)
