In September Eater LA last updated Angelenos about Le Saint Amour. On Tuesday, Bruno Herve Commereuc advanced the story, revealing that he and wife Florence plan to open their Parisian bistro in late February. He and his wife decided to locate in Culver City because “it is a lively city that has been changing a lot these past years.”

The couple owned Angelique Café in downtown’s Fashion District from 1996 to 2006, but were limited. “Angelique was a lunch time spot, with no wine and beer,” said Bruno. “Le Saint Amour will be open at night too and you’ll be able to have a glass of wine. Food will be more diversified.” The Parisian Brasserie menu will include traditional dandelion salad with gizzards confit, warm lentils with Lyonnais sausage, homemade duck foie gras terrine, leg of lamb with white beans, a duo of white and black puddings, mussels Marinieres and baba au rhum.

oh, definitely looking forward to this. I wasn’t able to go to Angelique Cafe when it was open, but I’m hoping the food is as good, or perhaps better here.
