Chef John Rivera Sedlar has rolled out a new late night menu at Rivera, the contemporary pan-Latin restaurant he owns in South Park with Bill Chait and Eddie Sotto. After 10:30 PM, options include Chilled Crab ($15) with summer corn espuma; Naranja ($10), a beet and orange salad with pistachio dust and Chevre vinagreta; Quesos Espanoles ($12) - three Spanish cheeses with sangria jus and crusty bread; and a Mexico City Sundae ($8) with vanilla bean and passion fruit ice cream and habanero caramel sauce.
