Last year, Sushi Nozawa chef-owner Kazunori Nozawa and son Tom teamed with Jerry Greenberg, Lele Massimini and Cameron Broumand on sugarFISH in Marina del Rey. Now sugarFISH is expanding to Brentwood on June 29. This is the soft opening, though the restaurant will be open to the public. The official grand opening is scheduled for late July.
Expect daily specials like uni, sardine and giant clam, plus three set menus, Trust Me, Trust Me Light and The Nozawa, all including Nozawa’s signature albacore sushi and blue crab roll. Venice-based designer Glen Bell of Studio DEX molded the interior.
Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9 PM
