The rather immodestly titled “Perfect Lunch” returns today to One Pico at Shutters on the Beach. Each week, Chef Michael Reardon is preparing a different appetizer, entrée and “sweet treat to go,” all market-driven and all for $20. The “perfect lunch” is available Monday through Saturday. Here are some recent menus, all including the “sweet treat to go.”

Tuna Tartar, Avocado, Cucumber, Grissini
Roasted Chicken, Panzanella Salad, Olives, Mozzarella

Grilled Peaches, Burrata, Basil Salad, Sicilian Olive Oil
Grilled Salmon, Local Pea Risotto, Pea Tendrils

Heirloom Tomatoes, Basil Salad, Sea Salt, Sicilian Olive Oil
Lobster Pasta, Chili, Tomato, Lemon
