Earlier this month, Jared Simons replaced Michael Ruiz as the executive chef of Steven Arroyo’s Little Parlor Pizzeria. The menu has already changed some, but isn’t fully revamped.

Julia Wolfson is no longer the executive chef at AMMO. Owner Amy Sweeney has tweaked the menu and plans to continue her market-driven approach.

Finally, former Paperfish chef Kevin Meehan replaced Gypsy Gifford at Café Pinot.    nice succinct roundup of relevant chef changes. I wonder if Cafe Pinot across the street can turn out some more compelling dishes.
