Allen Yang opened Chiffon de Pastry Art in Arcadia in April. His cafe specializes in Asian style cakes, pastries and breads. Chef Tzu-Hsiang Yang fills multiple bakery cases and shelves with options like French chocolate cake, carrot and cranberry bread, and green tea bread filled with red bean. Springy rolls include black sesame, chocolate-blueberry, and chiffon. You’ll also find caramel pudding. The manager said they bake pink-hued Anka Toast with an Asian yeast that’s known to offer health benefits to women. To drink, you’ll find cold black tea, green tea, and plum juice.
