In March, Dr. Bill Sysak took over as Beverage Coordinator of Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens. On July 19, he’s expected to take the third annual Stone Sour Fest to new heights in Escondido. Sysak’s list features 45 kegs and 36 bottles, including Belgian breweries like Boon, Cantillon and 3 Fonteinen and domestic breweries like Russian River, Lost Abbey, The Bruery, Craftsman, Avery, New Belgium and Jolly Pumpkin. Stone Sour Fest begins at 11 AM and costs $30 for 10 taster tickets. Some sours are so rare that they require two tickets. Reservations aren’t necessary, but if you buy your Sour Pass online now, you can avoid the lines on July 19. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE TICKETS.
